My little sister Mariah started a blog today! It's awesome! She calls it http://what-wonderful-life-of.blogspot.com/. But it reminded me of the blogs that I started in Junior High. It's super interesting to look over my work from when I was 14 to 15! I was such a good kid! It is also kind of embarrassing...There were like four hundred spelling and grammar mistakes. AH!
Well, I am 19 now. Hopefully, I write better than before! I want to pick up this blog again and write what I'm thinking about, feeling, and I'll also do some writing prompts from pinterest. Yaay, pinterest!!!
So, my name is Richelle Mills. I am 19 years old! (I know I just said that, but it's my blog! I do what I want) :) I am preparing to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I recently, the 19th of June, received my call to the Georgia, Atlanta North mission! I am so excited to serve the people of Atlanta! I am also super scared! Hahah! I'll be teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in the English and I'm leaving for the MTC on September 16! How crazy is that????
Anyway, I'm super excited to have a place where I can write and have it look so very fancy! This blog will be more for writing workouts, and my other blog http://richellemills.blogspot.com/ will be about getting ready to serve my mission and my mission letters, also!!!
Well, it's late, so I'll write more tomorrow! :D

Hobbies!
Hobbies are designed to help refresh and rejuvenate people. They have the wonderful effect of restoring a energy and a love for life and release stress. Hobbies are our getaway, we can escape from the world for a few hours. With the different options their are out there, I have come to love several different hobbies. To be somewhat short I'll only name three...Swimming, reading, and drawing/writing. These three things are what keep me loving life (well, and reading the Book Of Mormon and Praying and going to church, too.) and happy.
Swimming I've found I've had a passion for it since I was little. In fact I often refer to myself as "half fish." When I was four or five at one of my first swimming lessons, my teacher had shown me how to do something in the water and I was so excited I literally pushed off my teachers belly. My dad told me I didn't even realize, and I think I thought she was the cement wall. hahah! I was recently on a swim team for almost two years, but unfortunately it closed down. while I was swimming constantly I was very fit and always had tons of energy! Swimming fills me with a sense of calm and I always feel relaxed and ready to tackle the day and all my homework.
Reading is also a joy for me, but not as productive. I often use it to enter another wold and forget about my life and all the homework I left behind. Still, I love to read, but I have to be careful not to start a book when I have homework, or I won't get anything done. What I love best about reading (when I'm not procrastinating homework) is that with it I can become someone else and feel their joy's and sorrows to experience different world and 'see' incredible creatures that don't exist in our world.
Last of all I love to draw and write. This is a new talent I'm developing and with any talent it takes time. This summer I'm planning on talking lessons from my Grandma Berry. I want to get to the point where when I draw things they appear completely life-like. Writing is also a new skill I'm working on. This semester I took creative writing and at the begging of the class my teacher asked us if we wanted to practice different kinds of writing or just chapter book writing/novels. We all wanted to learn how to write novels and she told us, that from the beginning of the class we will each write our own novel and at the end of the year we would each have our books published! Hobbies are so fun, and you can have hundreds of different kinds. they make life even more enjoyable. Go find more!

Work!
Hello! For this assignment I'm going to write about my job. Right now it's BABYSITTING!!!
So, here's a scene from a regular babysitting night:
Mother of kids I'm babysitting drove me to her house. I go inside
ME:Hi you guys!
They are busy with playing the Wii or eating. They say very distractedly...
Kid's: Hi.
Mom looks at kid's and smiles
Mom: Aren't you going to say hi to Richelle?
Older kids: Hi, Richelle.
Younger one's will look up at me with excitement and come up and give me a hug. followed by the youngest saying...
Youngest: I like her.
Mom: I'll be right back. I just want to finish getting ready.
Me: okay.
She leaves. Then the kids will show me a new toy they got and I will "oooooh" and "Ahhhhhhh" it....
ME : That is so cool when did you get this?
Child I'm talking to: For my Birthday.
ME: WoW! how does it work? Can it fly? Can you hold onto it and it will shoot you to Disney land?
Child: no! it can go like this! bbrbbrbraaaooom! Vrooooom!
He is running around with it and making cool noises. :)
Me: Oh, my gosh! How are you doing that?!
Mom comes back.
Mom: OK, Richelle they need to go to bed at 8:00. You can either give them sandwiches or make macaroni Or whatever. We'll be back around 10:00 ish so make your self at home. They can have a snack's just not the cookies, I need those for relief society tomorrow. Bye, thank you so much!
Me: Have a good time! Bye!!
Kids: Bye Mom!! Bye Dad!
After parents are gone, kids and I usually watch movies and play games and cars or barbies then We eat diner. play some more and then I put them in bed. I make up a story and sing them a song, they say their prayers. Then I leave and go back to living room, clean house. then Watch a movie or do homework till parents come back.
Silly ditty about school
School is fun, school is great if I hurry I won't be late.
I was late, oh, what to do! Would you look at that I dropped my shoe.
Leave it there and start to run, I'm sure that I still have time, some.
My car pool comes and picks me up "You were late" they say, "Ha! Good luck."
I jump out the door as we pull up, Run to class, Hop hop hop!
"If only I had more time." I say as a sit down at my desk with my hair in disarray. 1st is women's choir and I totally love that class, next is science and I wish I could say I care less. Third, is creative writing and we are each writing a book, if I finish it by the end of the year, it will be published (much to the delight of myself and that of my sister Brook).
I Go to P.E, and I start to relax. "This isn't so bad, hand me that bat."
Computer Technology smell's like poo and I had a huge presentation due, that I'd forgotten to do.
Tomorrow is going to be so fun! I have choir, English, history, and seminary, my last class of the day would be math (Oh, what a pun!), secretly I call it a bumb.
Sometimes school can be really stressful but others completely blissful.
School is fun, school is great if I hurry I won't be late.
